close and easy walk to city and conference venue. Great location clean tidy Loved it and will stay again. Thanks for rearranging to let me stay in the room an extra night.
the menu could have included some lighter/lesser items like toasted sandwiches on it for nightime snacks, as I ate a meal each day at the conference and one night room ordered chops which were aweful. Too heavy and fatty.

Was a good and comfortable stay. Really liked the cheap mini bar.
It did not have much of a character, to complete the overall positive experience. No response or contact from staff in general gave it an impersonal touch.

Excellent rate on the Internet!
I almost broke my neck when I stepped out of my room (#55) and the hall floor wasn't at the same level as the room. I was very lucky that I wasn't seriously hurt. In all of my travels throughout the world, this was the first time the 2 floors weren't at the same level and it caught me by total surprise, since I had my arms full with luggage and couldn't see that the hall floor was lower!

All the Cs - Clean comfortable & convenient. Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable pricing, couldn't fault the place at all. They've obviously figured out what's important to guests & provide it.

The hotel is within walking distance of all the attractions of Hobart. Its rooms are stylishly appointed; don't let the ugliness of the exterior put you off! The buffet breakfast is very good.

The staff at this hotel were excellent and went out of their way to help you. The breakfast and other meals were the best value we had on our trip and were well prepared. We cannot speak too highly of this hotel and its staff. We would recommend this hotel most highly.

Mini bar prices were very reasonable, even though we didn't need to take advantage of them.

The room had everything I wanted in it. The reception and breakfast were really friendly and keen to please. Most noticeable of all was the policy about cheap phone calls, internet access and mini-bar; this stood out clearly and was a real relief compared with other hotels.
